What hours is your retail shop open?
We're open from Mon - Sat 9am to 5pm, we're often open a bit earlier and a bit later as well. We're open some Bank Holidays and Sundays, but we need some time off to keep looking for wonderful products to stock for you! The best way to keep up to date with our opening hours is via Facebook. Click here to 'Like' us and be the first to hear about new products & Offers.
Why Isn't Every Item available for free local delivery / pick up?
Our site has over 3500 products, which we hold local stock of around 1700 items, the rest is either held at our warehouse, or come directly from our suppliers. If you place an order for something that isn't available immediately we will let you know within two working hours, or you can contact us before hand if time is really of the essence!
Why are some products on your website more expensive than in store!
Price differences may occur because of items that are shipped directly from manufacturers, or they have to be subsidised because of the shipping weight, which can be more than the product costs.
